At Your Moment we love to capture weddings at new venues. Especially when they are wedding venues like Coolrain Estate where they have put so much effort into making their property beautiful and suitable for weddings. It is set on Currumbin Creek and features a long section of amazing land along the creek side. Christie & Jamie were married at the end of October and we had quite a bit of rain leading up to the day, but the weather was amazing. The rain mean the creek was flowing fast and making a beautiful waterfall over the bridge. They were married in the afternoon and the light coming through was beautiful and the conditions were great so we could get the drone up as well.

Christie & Jamie are one of those great couples that get to join their families to make an amazing team. Their kids were all part of the bridal party and were amazing on the day. The connection Christie had with her daughter was something I aspire to have with my own.

Jamie & Christie had their reception at the Cudgen leagues club  because Coolrain Estate weddings are yet to have a venue for receptions, but I know it is coming this year (2019). They hired one of the best DJ’s I have seen in action. Michael from werdjs put so much effort into helping them have an amazing reception. I have never met at DJ who took so much pride in his work. He was excited to discuss the animations he had used for their beautiful backdrop and ran games to keep the large group of kids at the wedding entertained. He worked so well within the timeframes of the night and it was so great to see someone love their work so much. There are many tired, outdated DJs out there and it was refreshing to meet someone who is really keeping wedding DJs alive.
