- 1. What is your turnaround time?

About a month from the wedding date. This allows for proper editing, downloading and packaging.
- 2. What if I don’t like my photos?

If it’s something we can fix, such as changing the photo from black and white to colour, we will do what we can.
If something horrendous happens, like weather is really bad, we can restage it and shoot at another time.
But if it’s a style issue, we encourage you to take a careful look at our work before you book with us to make sure our style is what you want. Choosing a photographer is as much about artistic style as the quality of the photos. What you see on a site is what you can expect when you receive your pictures.
- 3. How many photos will I get?

We generally take 1,000 pictures throughout a standard wedding day. But not every one of them have the quality we’re committed to presenting. And many will be duplicates of the same moment. We roughly provide a fraction what we take, which translates to hundreds of photos you’ll receive of your day.
- 4. If I want to make larger sizes from the copies you provide, will they lose any of their quality?

They shouldn’t. They’re edited at highest quality possible, pixelated for all sizes; canvas to postcard size.
- 5. How far are you willing to travel?

The Cooper team travels as far north as the Sunshine Coast, as far south as Boonah and as far west as Ipswich. Travel fees may apply to areas outside of Southeast Queensland.
- 6. How are your photos and videos packaged?

Each photo collection includes all the photos that are fit to share on a USB, presented in a keepsake box.
If you decide to purchase an album, you have your choice of a Queensberry or Overlay Matted style, with a genuine leather cover with names embossed, presented in a velvet bag and keepsake box.
Videos are packaged in 1 to 5 DVDs or USBs in a keepsake case, along with montage streamed in HD. Raw, unedited footage for the Pure and Simple package is downloaded on a hard drive you provide.
- 7. How do you protect photos?

Photos are backed up straightaway on two separate sites for safety. The card on which they are stored is then locked up in personal safe. That way, if you lose your photos, you can ring us and we’ll be able to provide them to you.
Your Moment keeps all raw photos for every bride. Just in case.
- 8. What music is used on video?

The choice for your music is yours to make, unless it doesn’t edit well. (This is particularly true for short montages.) For full length edit, we can better accommodate your personal choices.
